Seefeld
This famous alpine resort, is1000 metres above Innsbruck, is an excellent choice for nature lovers. Surrounded by mountains, clear blue lakes and lots of hiking trails and ski slopes. Seefeld is a good choice for your holidays, both summer and winter.
Being the host of the Olympic games in 1964, 1976 and 2012 and now the WM in 2019 Seefeld is of course one of the top regions for Nordic winter sports.
Ceremony
Civil Ceremonies are conducts on the first floor of the Town Hall in a pleasant room suitable for between 4 to 64 persons seated. Up on request the registrar will as well hold the ceremony in the wine cellar of a nearby Hotel.
An interpreter will come up from Innsbruck to translate the ceremony.
Parish church St. Oswald is one of the most beautiful post-gothic churches in Tyrol and welcomes all roman catholic couples to have their wedding ceremony there.
Reception
To follow the wedding ceremony, take a sleigh ride in winter, or a buggy ride in summer around the perimeter of the village before enjoying the celebratory sparkling wine and nibbles, traditional in an Austrian wedding followed by wedding cake and coffee.
For those who like a little fun factor and are adventurous – toboggans available to rent for a few great runs and pictures.
The evening wedding gala dinner may be held in your hotel or many other suitable locations within the village.
